Sponsor Questionnaire Narcoossee Christian Church As we make considerations for sponsors at Narcoossee Christian Church we will look in several different fields to ensure that our kids our not only safe, but are also being taught through, and by a Biblical influence. We ask that you take a few moments to fill this out so we can get to know you personally. Please notice that by completely this questionnaire it does not mean that you will immediately be placed in a sponsorship position, but that we are considering you at this time.
