About the Youth Minister
My name is Eli and I am confused about who I am and where I am going.  I am a husband, a father, a brother, a son, a friend and a pastor.  What does all that mean?  I am Jack of all Trades and Master of None.  I have had many jobs, several at the same time.  With a wide range of experience comes limited
experience in many things.  Right now I work as a Family Case Manager for Intervention Services Inc., work at church as its youth pastor, and I read books that challenge my life.  I listen to music that I like, music that makes me angry and music that makes me a better person.  I try to be a good husband and father, but fail often.  I am an unfinished product from God's workshop.  I ride mountain bikes; climb rocks; run lots; lift weights; hike often; boogie board and swim in the ocean; love the beach and mountains; rock hop; drink too much coffee; am too tied to my cell phone, computer, and ipod.  I journey after brewmasterGod daily, try to read the Scriptures and apply it to my life, pray daily for a few things regularly.  Generally, I don't like who I am.

I grew up in Athens, Ga. and met my wife (Ronda) while in college in Atlanta.  In 1998 i married the greatest, most loving and most patient woman on the planet, ronda.  we have two boys (noah born 12/04 and hayden born 8/06).  We got married and moved to St. Cloud (she grew up here and her family still lives here).  We lived in Kissimmee-St. Cloud for about 3 years before moving to Athens where we lived for a year.  We left Athens for Ronda to go to Law school that took us to Gainesville, Fl.  Gainesville is where our two boys (Noah and Hayden) were born.  Upon completion of her schooling we moved back to St. Cloud in February 2007.

While my life has changed much over the last nine years, one thing has remained constant... my passion for people.
